1. Acceptance of terms
By accessing or using the platform (the “Service”) you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
2. Accounts & eligibility
You must be at least the age of majority in your jurisdiction and provide accurate account information. You are responsible for activity under your account.
3. Campaigns, prizes & platform fee
Sponsors fund campaigns from their wallet balance. Submitting a campaign locks the declared prize pool plus the platform fee shown at checkout. The platform fee is non-refundable once a campaign is approved and made public.
4. Refunds
If a campaign is rejected during review, the full amount (prize pool + platform fee) is refunded to your wallet. Once a campaign is approved, prize funds remain in custody until winners are settled and are not refundable to the sponsor.
5. Wallet & payments
Wallet top-ups are processed by third-party payment providers. You authorise the platform to charge the payment method you provide for the amounts shown at checkout. Refunds follow the rules above.
6. Content, IP & licence
You retain ownership of content you upload. You grant the platform a worldwide, royalty-free licence to host, display, and distribute your content on the Service for the purposes of operating campaigns, moderation, and promotion. You represent that you have the rights necessary to grant this licence.
7. Prohibited content & conduct
You must not upload illegal, infringing, deceptive, harmful, hateful, or sexually explicit material, or use the Service to defraud users or evade fees. We may remove content and suspend accounts that breach these rules.
8. Brand asset links
Links attached to campaigns must point to allow-listed social & media platforms and must not deliver executable downloads. We may remove links that violate this rule.
9. Disputes
Winner selection and payout decisions are final except in cases of demonstrable error or fraud. Disputes must be raised through in-app support within 14 days of the event complained of.
10. Account termination
We may suspend or terminate accounts that breach these Terms, applicable law, or the integrity of the Service. On termination, unspent wallet balances are refundable subject to identity verification.
11. Warranties & liability
The Service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, the platform is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.
12. Changes to these terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be surfaced in-app. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
